Gibson Property Corporation and Roche Property Group have opened the Mason Point road connection in the South Morang Activity Centre.

The $4.5 million link will take up to 20,000 vehicles per day off Plenty Rd.

It will also serve as an important connection for the North by alleviating traffic from the McDonalds and Plenty Rd intersection in South Morang.

The Mason Point development is an urban, mixed-use lifestyle precinct located 200 metres from Westfield Plenty Valley Shopping Centre and less-than a five-minute walk to the new South Morang Train Station.

John Wilkinson and Barbara McLure compile this newsletter which is delivered electronically to key people and decision makers across the north of Melbourne and beyond.
