A new housing development at South Morang is expected to create another 200 jobs within the next three to five years. The Mason Point development includes apartments, townhouses, student residences and retail spaces and is a joint venture by Gibson Property Corporation and the Roche Property Group. It will also bring another medical centre to the suburb, with two general practitioners operating from the site from next year. Releases three and four are now selling.
