Works have progressed at an accelerated pace in December, with settled summer weather allowing works to continue uninterrupted for the entire month.

All precast concrete and blockwork has now been completed to the ground level of the apartment building, and formwork has been installed to allow the Level One slab to be poured on 11 January 2017. It is intended that Level One framing works will commence in early February (following post-tensioning of the Level One slab).

Roof trusses and box guttering has already been installed to G47-56 allowing for a roof measure prior to the end of the year. Windows are currently being installed to these units, which will result in them being water-tight once the roof is installed early in the new year.

The balance of townhomes are progressing at a rapid rate also. Ground slabs have been poured and Level One framing is due to commence before the end of the month.

Roof Trusses Installed!

A major milestone has been achieved through the installation of roof trusses to G47-56. The installation of roof trusses will allow for the installation of aluminium windows and roofing steel, both of which contribute to making these units watertight so that we can commence interior finishes!

Level One Formwork Complete!

The Level One apartment slab will be ready to pour once works resume on 11 January 2017.
