The first month of autumn brought long periods of settled weather, and with that has come consistent progress on site.
Works to the Apartments have progressed much faster than forecast last month as the site team managed to get the Level Two floor installed two weeks ahead of schedule. Framing to Level Two has not commenced and we are hoping to have the Level Three floor installed prior to the end of March.
Civil works have recommenced now that all in-ground service runs have been completed and as such we expect that the roads will be fully sealed within three weeks.
Works to townhomes G47 – 56 are progressing well with kitchens and bathrooms now fully installed and floor finishes due to go down within the fortnight.
Townhomes in block G28 – G37 are now weather-tight with all windows now installed. Wall linings are due to commence next week with cladding works to take place concurrently.
All structural works are now complete to Townhomes G38 – 46 with service rough-in’s well underway. Cladding works have also commenced and the roof is expected to be complete prior to the end of April.
