MONTHLY UPDATE – APRIL 2017

Framing works are now complete to the Apartment building with structural works due for completion by mid May. There has been a big push on site to get the structure complete prior to winter and we applaud the site team for the hard work that has gone in to making this happen.

The units within the Apartment block are starting to take shape with glazing units having been installed to the majority of Level One. It is now possible to get a true appreciation of just how spacious these two-bedroom units are!

Works to the Townhomes are still progressing well and the asphalt works are due for completion by the end of the first week of May.

Floor finishes are going down to G47 – 56 as the team onsite push towards completion of this first block of Townhomes. The level of finish is proving to be of the highest standard – they look fantastic!

Townhomes in block G28 – G37 are now completely lined and are having the internal fixtures fitted off.

All framing works are now complete to Townhomes G38 – G56 and plasterboard works are due to commence next week. All feature blockwork cladding is now complete also.

Now that the site sheds have been relocated to within the Apartment car park, works can finally commence to Townhomes G22 – 27.
