Works have started at Mason Point marking the first residential development in the South Morang Activity Centre.

The development will comprise of 30 new townhouses and 42 apartments, including a café and retail spaces on the ground level of the apartment building.
Townhouses range from 130 sqm to 180 sqm and are available in two and three bedrooms starting at $359,000.

The apartments are offered in one and two bedroom configurations starting at $285,000 for 54 sqm plus balcony.
