A new mixed-use development has been revealed on land adjoining the Westfield Plenty Valley Shopping Centre in South Morang.
A joint venture between Gibson Property Corporation and Roche Property Group, the development will feature 32 apartments, 29 townhouses and a number of retail spaces.
The land was purchased from Westfield as it was surplus to their requirements.
The $150 million project will be called Mason Point.
