Gibson Property Corporation and McMillan Property Group are to build a new industrial development at South Morang with completion scheduled for next year.

Called FiveThirty, the development will include retail, commercial and industrial buildings ranging in size from 1000 sq m to 20,000 sq m.

Located at 530 McDonalds Rd, the development is in a high traffic zone providing great exposure and visibility to the tens of thousands of vehicles.

Already four lots have been sold totalling more than 21,000 sq m including as car dealerships.

Civil construction works are scheduled to be completed in December with construction of showrooms scheduled for completion in the second half of next year.
